CHARACTER NAME: Ruben "Ruvik" Victoriano (Will be going by "Leslie Withers" until he is found out.)
CHARACTER AGE: 25 (mentally, Ruvik is actually 37.)

CLASS: Villain, posing as a hero in the beginning.
HOUSING: Due to the nature of his character and powers, he should be housed alone. Future roommates may opt-in later on if desired.

PERSONALITY: At his core, Ruvik is a being of pure hatred and pain, driven once by his interests, and now by his trauma. He never got over the loss of his sister, and he never got over his treatment after his disfigurement. Being locked away in his room by his father, he began to think the world believed he was a monster.
The facetious personality "Leslie" will be showing to the word (at least initially) will be very different from his true nature. He'll seem a bit frigid, but not necessarily cruel - just a person who is less than wonderful at interacting socially. Smiles will always look just a little out of place.
POWER:
Dream Manipulation - PLAYER PERMISSIONS PENDING, Ruvik can enter and mess with another person's dreams. In the dreams, he appears as himself, not as Leslie - a nightmarish walking corpse covered in burns and blood. He can impact as little as simply appearing in the dream, or as much as changing what happens in the dream, all according to player permission.
